Fees should be deposited quarterly
1st Quarter : April to June, 
    - Up to 30th April no late fee,
    - 1st May to 31st May Rs. 100/- Late fee,
    - 1st June to 30th June Rs. 150/- Late fee,

2nd Quarter : July to September
    - Up to 31st July no late fee,
    - 1st Aug to 31st Aug Rs. 100/- Late fee,
    - 1st Sept to 30th Sept Rs. 150/- Late fee,

3rd Quarter : October to December 
    - Up to 31st Oct no late fee,
    - 1st Nov to 30th Nov Rs. 100/- Late fee,
    - 1st Dec to 31st Dec Rs. 150/- Late fee,

4th Quarter : January to March
    - Up to 31st January no late fee,
    - 1st Feb to 28/29th Feb Rs. 100/- Late fee,
    - 1st March to 31st March Rs. 150/- Late fee,
